Official Rules - No Purchase Necessary. Open to Legal Residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 Years of Age or Older as of January 1, 2008.

1. Promotion Timing: Sweepstakes begins 12:00:01 A.M. ET on January 1, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on December 31, 2008. 

2. How to Enter: To enter the Broyhill Furniture Quarterly On-line Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes"), visit www.broyhillfurniture.com, click on the Sweepstakes link and complete the entry form as prompted.  Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your on-line service will apply.  Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on the last day of each quarterly entry deadline date, to be eligible for that corresponding quarterly drawing only. Entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on December 31, 2008, to be eligible for the final quarterly drawing. Limit one entry per person/email address, per day. Entries will not carry forward for subsequent quarterly drawings, if any. Entries must be complete to be eligible.

3. Quarterly Random Drawings:  One (1) winner per quarter will be selected in separate random drawings on or about each quarterly drawing date indicated in the chart below, from among all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM (ET) on each corresponding entry deadline date indicated in the chart below. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Each drawing will be conducted by Don Jagoda Associates, Inc., an independent judging organization whose decisions will be final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Grand Prizes will be awarded and winners will be notified by mail.  Grand Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution is allowed except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize is unavailable. Sponsor and Sweepstakes Entities (as defined below) assume no responsibility or liability for damages, losses or injury resulting from acceptance or use of any prize.

4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values ("ARV"): Four (4) GRAND PRIZES (1 per quarter)- A Sponsor-selected Broyhill Furniture Prize (Minimum ARV $2,500; Maximum ARV $3,500). Limit one prize per e-mail address/per person/per home address. Prizes are nontransferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash or other substitution may be made, except by Sponsor. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of winners.

5. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the U.S. and Canada (excluding Quebec), 18 years of age or older as of January 1, 2008. Employees of Broyhill Furniture Industries, Inc. ("Sponsor"), their advertisers, their participating retailers, and prize providers, and each of their subsidiaries, affiliates, parent companies, distributors, divisions, agencies, Don Jagoda Associates, Inc. (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities") and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) and members of their same households (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate in this Sweepstakes.  This offer is void in the Province of Quebec and wherever prohibited or restricted by national, state, municipal, provincial or any other government laws.  Subject to all federal, state, local, municipal and provincial laws.

6. General Rules: This Sweepstakes will be governed by the internal laws of the State of North Carolina in the U.S.  Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Sweepstakes must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the state of North Carolina in the United States. Potential Grand Prize winners may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, where legal (or a Declaration of Compliance with Official Rules for Canadian residents), within 7 days (20 days for Canadian residents) of attempted notification, or the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Return of prize/notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. If winner is a Canadian resident, he/she must answer unaided an arithmetic skill-testing question as a condition to winning a prize. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use the winner's name, hometown, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges.  No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor or prize providers or Sweepstakes Entities for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, or unavailable network connections, failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled, or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes.  Entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry.  "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.  Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted, and award applicable prizes from eligible entries received prior to cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATIONS OF THE SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, THE SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. All federal, state, local, municipal and provincial taxes and any other expenses or incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the winner, if applicable.

General Release: By entering the Sweepstakes and accepting a prize, you release Sponsor, participating prize providers, Sweepstakes Entities and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes or delivery, mis-delivery, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of or inability to use prize or participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

8. Winners: Quarterly winners will be posted on www.broyhillfurniture.com on or about the following dates: Quarter 1: May 15th, 2008; Quarter 2: August 15th; 2008; Quarter 3: November 15th, 2008; Quarter 4: February 15th, 2009.
